In 2016, when it was founded startADR, we were a new organization with a big vision, to bring justice closer to the people. Since then, a lot has changed. The startADR evolved, grew, became a reference point in Greece and Europe, implemented important European programs and created innovative digital platforms that brought ADR and ODR into the everyday lives of businesses and citizens.

Today, in a digital age where societies and markets are changing rapidly, startADR stands at the epicenter of the transition towards a faster, fairer, more affordable, more accessible justice. We are not just an alternative dispute resolution agency. We are a community. An ecosystem of people, scientists, professionals and organizations who believe that every difference can be a starting point for a solution and not a problem.

As an officially registered and certified ADR entity in Europe, startADR operates with full institutional recognition and European standards. This gives us the strength to offer solutions with reliability, transparency and prestige, building bridges of trust between citizens, businesses and institutions.

Our vision is clear: to make startADR the first choice for every dispute.

In particular, education is not just an activity for us, but rather a mission. Through our educational programs, such as the ODS Facilitator Training and our specialized trainings, we invest in the new generation of ADR and ODR professionalsWe provide scientific documentation, practical tools, simulations and real-life case scenarios, because our goal is for our trainees to emerge from our programs not only with knowledge, but with self-confidence, skills and the potential for international recognition and employment. In this way, we build the human capital, which will have all the qualifications to support the justice of tomorrow.

Already, in recent years we have proven that we can turn our vision into action with TravelODR, the ODR4ALL, our trainings, as well as the cooperation networks we are building across Europe. In the near future we are moving forward even more dynamically with new digital platforms, mobile applications, with new training, with our own Community and with new services for businesses and citizens.

The next five years will be decisive. By 2030 startADR will be the No. 1 ADR Hub in EuropeIt's not just a goal, it's our commitment.
