In startADR, we are building a dynamic and certified network of mediators who operate with high quality and ethical standards, at local, national and European level. Our Registry is the official panel of mediators of the organization, from where it is made assignment of real ADR cases and are formed collaborations with businesses, platforms and institutional bodies.

Who can register?

Registration to the Panel is addressed to:

Certified mediators registered in the relevant Register of the Ministry of Justice, in an active capacity.

Mediators with a desire to develop, who wish to:

• to acquire real case of alternative dispute resolution,
• to become familiar with the electronic mediation (e-mediation),
• to join in thematic panels (e.g. family, commercial, labor, digital, cadastral disputes),
• to acquire access to the Greek and European market.

Assignment of mediation cases by individuals and businesses

Through the startADR electronic form, requests for dispute resolution are collected and forwarded to registry members based on specialization, language, region or type of dispute.

Professional identity and official recognition

The profile of each registrant will be integrated into the “Find your Mediator” page, enhancing their professional visibility in Greece and Europe.

Access to specialized Panels and services

Possibility of participation in thematic registers (e.g. ODS Facilitators, ODR Facilitators, TravelODR Facilitators), in specialized services and trainings of the organization or in pilot European projects, with certified participation.

Education and continuing education

Panel members receive priority or discounts on specialized seminars, webinars, masterclasses, simulations, participation in role-play hubs or mentoring activities for new mediators.

Networking and professional connections

startADR collaborates with law firms and businesses that wish to refer cases. Registered members have a privileged position in the respective collaborations.

Registration process

Registration is carried out through the special participation form. Required attachment of mediator certificate, as well as completing a short experience/availability profileThe application is evaluated by startADR and inclusion in the register follows, provided that the conditions are met.
