What is the Mentorship program?

The program startADR Mentorship was created to connect new or emerging professionals in the field of Alternative and Online Dispute Resolution (ADR/ODR) with experienced, renowned professionals in the industry.

This is a mentoring relationship, interaction and exchange of experiences with the aim of:

• the skills improvement in real cases
• the connecting theory with practice
• the strengthening professional self-confidence
• the creating an international peer-to-peer support network

How does the program work?

A match is made between Mentors (experienced members of startADR) and Mentees (young professionals) based on:

• area of expertise (mediation, arbitration, ODR)
• geographical area/language
• level of experience and development needs

Each cycle lasts 3-6 months, with a minimum commitment of 4 sessions

Guidance is provided online or hybrid, with the possibility of participating in joint webinars, practical simulations, co-authoring or observing cases
