If the dispute you want to resolve concerns the purchase of goods or services from a physical store (offline purchase) and you are consumer or trader, then you are at the right place!

IN SIMPLE WORDS,
THE PROCEDURE AND ITS STAGES:

By filling the following form, you send us your complaint and your permission to resolve your dispute.

We electronically contact the other side and inform them about your complaint. We also inform the other side that you have chosen to resolve electronically (on-line) your dispute.

As soon as we have the first answer we will notify you about the content of the response we received.

After “hearing” both sides, both sides also will be informed about the other’s version of the dispute. Following that, we will propose to both of you a joint solution.

You can both accept the proposed solution and the procedure will be ended at that point. If you disagree, then you can proceed to other available methods for resolving your dispute, such as to seek for judicial redress, as you have the legal right to do so.
