Ria Papadimitriou is a Supreme Court lawyer, specializing in commercial law and e-commerce. For over a decade, she has been advising and guiding businesses on issues related to business law, companies, e-commerce, trademarks and industrial property in general, personal data protection, electronic dispute resolution and other modern legal issues that a business faces today.

She is a Postdoctoral Researcher (Artificial Intelligence and Law) and a Scientific Associate at the School of Law of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.

Founder of the Law Firm "Eleftheria Sp. Papadimitriou and Associates".

Founder and General Manager of startADR, Institute for Alternative Dispute Resolution, Official Dispute Resolution Body of the European Union.

She regularly participates in conferences and systematically writes articles in reputable scientific journals in Greece and abroad in her fields of expertise.
