The ODS Facilitator is neither a judge nor an arbitrator. He/She is neutral coordinator that balances freedom of expression, platform responsibility, and user rights in a field where justice and technology meet.

  • It reviews complaints about content deletion, account bans, moderation policy violations, consumer rights violations, and intellectual property violations.
  • Facilitates resolution with impartiality, transparency and professionalism.
  • Participates in real cases through the online platform startODS of startADR.

Legal and regulatory framework

  • Complete deconstruction of Digital Services Act (DSA) with emphasis on articles 20-21.
  • Understanding the relationship freedom of expression, platform responsibility, user rights.
  • Combination with GDPR, ethics, ADR Directive and other critical settings of the digital environment.
  • Practical examples from moderation policies, content reports, account deletions.

Facilitation techniques and mediation skills
