  • in targeted exchange of positions and evidence,
  • in the finding a solution, using digital communication tools and alternative methods (ODR negotiation, e-mediation, escalation).

Registration at ODR Facilitators Panel of startADR is a professional opportunity and prestigious certification, especially for lawyers, complaint managers and e-commerce professionals.

Who can register?

The panel is open to professionals who meet the following requirements:

  • Completion of the ODR Facilitator training program of startADR or a related certified program (with assessment)
  • Ability to use electronic ADR platforms, decision tools, ticketing systems or negotiation panels
  • Commitment to the startADR Code of Conduct and principles documentation, objectivity, accessibility
  • Understanding of the European and national framework (e.g. ADR Directive 2013/11, E-Commerce Directive, GDPR)
