TRAINER

Dr. Eleftheria (Ria) Papadimitriou

Dr. Eleftheria (Ria) Papadimitriou is an adjunct lecturer and postdoctoral researcher at the Law School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki specializing in Commercial and Economic Law, with a focus on new technologies, digital markets, e-commerce and ADR/ODR. She is also scientific assistant in the interdisciplinary MSc program ICT – Law & Policy (ICT Law – AUTH) and at the “AI & Digital Transformation Law” Lab (dtail.gr) at the same institution, while serving also as a guest expert at the MA in Digital Transformation at Panteion University (digi-dcl.com). She is an attorney at the Supreme Court of Greece (Ria Papadimitriou & Associates, Law Firm), specializing in Commercial Law (Corporate, Insolvency, Banking, Corporate Governance, FinTech, IP, Consumer Protection, and Digital Services) and IT Law (AI, Cryptocurrencies, Data Protection, Software & Databases, E-Payments, Cybersecurity). She is the Founder and General Director of startADR ( startadr.org ), an EU-recognized Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) provider accredited by the Greek Ministry of Development. She is a certified mediator and mediation trainer (ADRgroup, UK) and ODR system designer.
